What happens if my item is lost or stolen during delivery?

In the event of a claim during the withdrawal or delivery of your item, it will be refunded to you according to the amount of its highest rating.

What are the shipping fees ?

In Europe, shipping costs are free. Our orders are shipped by Chronopost for deliveries in France and by FedEx or UPS for deliveries to all other European countries. Orders to Europe are shipped from our Paris office.

Shipments outside of Europe may be subject to import duties and taxes. For details of customs charges, please consult your own customs authority. All customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the shipping details by email.

What are the delivery times ?

Delivery times run from the confirmation of the order received by email. They are on average 3 working days (72 hours) for all orders.

Delivery in France and in the Principality of Monaco:
– Chronopost Express: delivery within 2 working days.
– For delivery in Corsica: 2 working days.

Delivery to other European countries:
– Fedex Express: delivery within 4 working days of your order.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Yes, the recipient’s signature is required upon receipt of your package.

I just finalized my order, but I still haven’t received the summary?

It is possible that your order confirmation will only be sent after several minutes or even an hour. Also remember to check your “Spam”, which the email could slip into depending on your email settings. If no e-mail has reached you, please contact Customer Service.

How will I know when my order is complete?

Once the article has been reviewed and processed by two experts, an email will be sent to you.

Why was my order refunded?

In very rare cases, we may not be able to authenticate an item. We will then prefer to reimburse you rather than giving you a result without proof or certainty.

What are the payment options available?

Payment for your purchases is made only by credit card or bank card: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, UnionPay®. You must indicate your credit card or bank card number as well as its expiry date and the cryptogram on the page provided for this purpose.

When will my credit card be charged?

Cards are not debited until the order has been validated. However, part of the amount may appear as reserved as soon as the order is placed.
